Another summer month... I feel like going on vacay so much! Can't wait really, and while I'm here and we have some time - I'm enjoying Moscow summer.

Я очень люблю готовить здоровые и вкусные блюда! Обычно это простые сочетания хороших сезонных продуктов, овощи, рыба, молочные продукты... Сейчас, летом, хочется готовить легкие блюда, которые украсят собой яркий летний стол. А еще сейчас фрукты и овощи свежие, много ягод - настоящий рай для человека, ведущий здоровый образ жизни!

I love cooking healthy and delicious meals! Most of these are simple combinations of good seasonal ingredients, vegetables, fish, dairy... Now in summer I feel like cooking some light things that will also look good on a bright summer table. And also now all the fruits and vegetables are fresh, so many berries everywhere - true heaven for someone with a healthy way of living!
