I've recently seen a very beautiful movie with Penelope Cruz... she was wearing an amazing vintage Chanel dress. Penelope wears Chanel on events very often... and she looks gorgeous in the Maison's outfits! Very few people can look great in tweed without looking too mature... Сейчас 2026 год и я печатаю пост с этим заголовком и думаю, как бы удивилась я 10 лет назад, что подобные мысли когда-то придут мне в голову. Но... это жизнь! Никогда не говори никогда. It's 2026 now and I'm typing this post with this title and thinking of how surprised I'd have been 10 years ago if I could know such ideas would ever have come on my mind. But... such is life! And you should never say never. So, here I am, a once devoted Purseblog and Pursebop reader (but probably I am still one out of old habit), I'm making this conclusion today and getting a nod of approval from the most fashionable Pasienne...

So, let me tell you more about our conversation and my thoughts. And I guess you're going to agree with me.

Еще парочка дней и все... отдыхать, расслабляться. У меня получился спокойный и очень приятный декабрь, но настроение все равно было активное (подарки, наряды, мероприятия, культурная жизнь)... а вот уже совсем скоро будет мой любимый lazy mood, новогодние каникулы. Надеть теплый свитер и гулять, на каток, смотреть старое кино допоздна, уютные долгие завтраки дома, а иногда и нарядные, в красивых ресторанах! A couple of days more and that's all... holidays, relaxing. I spent my December in a very calm and comfortable way, but still I felt very active (gifts, festive attires, events, cultural places)... and now we're about to have this lovely lazy mood, New year holidays. To put on a warm sweater and to walk, skate on the rink, watch old movies until late at night, have some cozy breakfasts at home and sometimes fancy ones at elegant restaurants! Bring the holiday mood in, we need some New year holidays mood, please!

The brand which I'm currently excited about... and past collections of which are some kind of true inspiration for me... it is Vivienne Westwood! Especially the brand's iconic corsets which are incredibly beautiful. Vivienne Westwood vintage corsets cost a lot, like a fine jewelry piece. These are rare collectible items. I'd call them pieces of art. I've recently tried a Vivienne Westwood vintage corsets and I'm thinking about it all the time. Looks like there's a new collector vintage piece coming to my wardrobe!

And I have to admit that luxury brands are no longer that ultimate go-to place where I really feel like buying something new. So, what's wrong with most luxury giants? Reflecting on that in this post. Because honestly, it’s a cry from the heart!
